Anza Valley · Southern California
80 acres surrounded by protected public lands and the rich history of the Anza Valley. A place where orchards grow, wildlife thrives, and unforgettable memories are made.
Where the road opens up
At the base of Thomas Mountain, the horizon feels a little wider and time moves at a gentler pace.
Golden Lands of Anza is an 80-acre family-owned property bordered by expansive government-owned wilderness and areas with deep Native American history. It is a secluded sanctuary shaped by open sky, mountain air, and the quiet rhythms of the land.
Our vision is to create a destination where people reconnect with nature through agriculture, adventure, and experiences that stay with them long after they leave.

Rooted in tomorrow
Across the property, the first chapters of a working orchard are taking root. Pear, apple, pomegranate, and seasonal varieties are being planted with care—an investment in nourishment, stewardship, and generations to come.
A sanctuary in motion
Here, you are never truly alone. The land belongs to a living community of native wildlife—seen in the brush, heard overhead, and traced across the morning earth.

“Every visit reveals
something new.”

Gather under open skies
Exchange vows against mountain and valley views. Gather the people you love in a place with enough space for celebration—and enough quiet for every moment to feel entirely your own.
Make yourself at home
A beautifully furnished home offers a comfortable base for weekends shaped by slow mornings, long walks, shared meals, and sunset watching. Come with family or friends, and leave the city behind.

Follow your curiosity
There is no itinerary here—only invitations. Wander, look up, linger, and let the landscape decide what comes next.
